How do I secure an apartment?
Call us today to secure your new apartment home with a Community fee and application.
Do you allow pets?
We do allow you to bring your furry friends! Pets are allowed on select floors, and please check with us for certain dog breed guidelines.
Is smoking allowed?
Tealridge is a smoke-free community inside our building. We have designated areas outside to smoke.
Can I bring my own car?
Of course! There is a small monthly fee to reserve your covered parking spot.
Do you allow guests to visit?
We welcome your friends and family to visit you for dining and other community activities. We do have a guest apartment suite that can be reserved for your guest’s overnight accommodation needs. Please call to inquire regarding reservations.
